WATCH Knife-wielding man tasered outside Buckingham Palace

On Sunday, a man holding a knife to his throat brought the Changing of the Guard outside Buckingham Palace to halt. The man, Talhalt Rehman, 54, was tasered after police officers cordoned off the area outside the royal palace. Mr Renham was held down and later charged with possessing a bladed weapon in public. He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
