Gay advocates in New Zealand are urging an All Black to declare his homosexuality. A popular New Zealand broadcaster- Steve Gray – told in an interview with a newspaper that there have been several gay athletes who have worn the All Blacks jersey and he slept with one of them. Gray told the Sunday Star-Times:
Everyone always asks what his name was, but I can’t remember. I don’t know who the All Blacks are. But at the time I checked with a friend and it was totally true
The gay TV presenter said it was time the gay athlete declared himself and act as a role model for the other gay athletes. Rugby is New Zealand’s biggest passion. A former All Black, Craig Innes also urged the gay All Black to come out.
