The first bionic eye, a retinal prothesis that can partially restore sight in people going blind, will soon be available in the USA. The FDA will approve the sale of the bionic eye – Argus II Retinal Prosthesis System – soon, reports Enpundit.com. The eye is already available in Europe where more than 60 people have had their sight restored thanks to the device.
