Cecilia Giménez, the Spanish pensioner who shocked the world when she showed the resulf of her botched restoration of García Martínez’s Ecce Homo has cashed in on her fame. The 80-year-old woman sold a painting she painted herself called ‘Las Bodegas de Borja’ on eBay. The money she raised in the bid – more than $1400 – will go to a Roman Catholic Charity called Caritas.
