Hazel Jones is a British woman with a quirky condition: she has two vaginas. In her puberty, she started wondering if she was any different from other girls. At school, she once asked a friend if she ever had any trouble “putting tampons in”, at which she got an odd look as a reply.
At 18, Hazel had a rude awakening to her condition when one of her ex-boyfriends told her she was a bit different. And indeed she is.
Hazel, who is now 28, suffers from a condition called Uterus Didelphys or Double Uterus, which means she has two vaginas. Her two reproductive organs, one on the right side and one on the left side of her body, are divided by a central line of tissue.
The condition, which is thought to affect one in 3000 women, means Hazel has two “completely different wombs and two cervixes”.
She doesn’t have two different periods but ovulates from a different a side every month. But when she didn’t know about her condition, especially when she was a teenager, she often ended up “in a bit of a mess”. She also had to lose her virginity twice.
Luckily her condition doesn’t prevent her from having children. It does mean, however, she’s more at risk of miscarrying and delivering a baby prematurely. But they’re all matters that can be handled and Hazel Jones seems to have finally overcome her fears.
She’s firmly convinced her boyfrined is a lucky man because he can choose from two vaginas and they are both benefitting from them. If you want to have a beeter luck at her nether region there’s a Youtube video that can teach you more about her condition.
