A federal judges has ruled against Hulk Hogan’s request for a restraining order over his sex tape. The former wrestler filed a lawsuit worth $100 million against Gawker.com for publishing a 1:40 long tape of him having sex with his best friend’s ex-wife.
According to the NY Daily News, Judge James Whittermore wrote in his ruling that Hogan “has failed to show immediate and irreparable injury.” Gawker media posted a version of the 30-minute long sex tape on October 4. They said they were given the video for free by an anonymous source. In the video he was filmed having sex with Heather Clem, the ex-wife of roadio host Bubba The Love Sponge. The next hearing is set for November 8.
Hogan always said he didn’t know his sexual act was being filmed. Hogan and Clem had sex six years ago.
