The victim was called Mike Bridger, 48, who died while he was cleaning a pool on the set of “The Lone Ranger” he had a full cardiac arrest, and at the hospital he was declared dead.

It’s not the first time that Johnny Depp is thought to be dead, it already happened with a tragic car crash in France in 2010 following which a lot of R.I.P Johnny Depp appeared on Facebook together with Memorial pages.

LOS ANGELES – Michael Clarke Duncan died. The actor, the good giant from “The Green Mile” was born in Chicago in 1957 and died Monday at age 54 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was being treated for a heart attack.

Duncan “suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered,” said his fiancée Omarosa Manigault, in a statement released by publicist Joy Fehily. ”Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date.”

Tom Hanks, star of 1999′s “The Green Mile”  said he was “terribly saddened at the loss of Big Mike. He was the treasure we all discovered on the set of ‘The Green Mile.’ He was magic. He was a big love of man and his passing leaves us stunned.”

“I will miss my friend, Michael Clarke Duncan,” Steve Harvey said on Twitter. “What an incredible soldier in God’s Plan.”

Mindel said the next step would be for Holmes or Cruise to file to have their status changed to divorced, but that the actual financial and child custody details won’t get filed in court unless there’s some later dispute. The rapid settlement saves the couple from a public battle that was sure to be covered vigorously by the celebrity news media, which had already shifted into hyper-drive.
In the already voluminous tabloid reporting, Holmes had been portrayed with overwhelmingly more sympathy. Their divorce case lasted less than two weeks, but Mindel said that’s not uncommon for high-profile breakups: “There’s too many incentives on both sides of the equation for settlement.” When actress-singer LeAnn Rimes’ husband filed for divorce in December 2009, it only took a day before the couple filed a judgment. Actor-comedian Russell Brand’s divorce from singer Katy Perry took a little over a month to resolve, while director Cameron Crowe and singer-guitarist Nancy Wilson resolved their 2010 divorce in less than three months. Cruise and Holmes may have saved more than just their dignity by not fighting out their divorce in court. A drawn-out custody battle would have likely cost more than a million dollars in legal fees.

Tom Cruise was going to ship off 6-year-old Suri to an intense Scientology organization known as Sea Organization (or Sea Org), where children as young as five can live in the center without their parents and be taught the highest levels of the belief system. According to TMZ.com, the couple had been arguing over their daughter’s indoctrination into Scientology and the Catholic-raised Holmes had fears over the wacky religion’s potential future impact on Suri.

According to New York Daily news  Sea Org has often been compared to a boot camp and has been “criticized by ex-Scientologists for its military-like conditions”.

The official Scientology website reports members of Sea Org sign “a one-billion-year pledge to symbolize their eternal commitment to the religion and it is still signed by all members today.”

The Church of Scientology said that “there is no truth” to a report that it has a team watching Katie Holmes’ every move.There is no truth whatsoever to the TMZ.com report (or any other report) that the Church of Scientology has sent anyone to follow or surveil Katie Holmes,” wrote Gary Sote from the organization.

Kelly had surgery last year to treat an abscess on his vocal cords. Kelly’s new album, “Write Me Back,” came out Tuesday and his memoir, “Soulacoaster: The Diary of Me,” releases Thursday. The Grammy winner’s publicist says Kelly will have to cancel appearances on “The Jimmy Fallon Show,” NBC’s “Today” and at a book party. Some of Adler’s biggest songs are “You Gotta Have Heart,” ”Hey, There,” ”Hernando’s Hideaway,” ”Whatever Lola Wants,” ”Steam Heat,” ”Rags to Riches,” and “Everybody Loves a Lover.” Adler staged and produced several shows for U.S. presidents, including the unforgettable 1962 extravaganza for Kennedy at Madison Square Garden where Monroe sang “Happy Birthday.” He and Jerry Ross wrote the music and lyrics to “The Pajama Game,” a light comedy about labor-management relations at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory, which won the best musical Tony in 1955. In a 2006 interview with The Associated Press, Adler recounted how the song “Hernando’s Hideaway” began from “The Pajama Game.”

The show’s authors, George Abbott and Richard Bissell, needed a tune for the second act, and Abbott approached Adler. “He said, ‘Write a song that can be performed in a dimly lit, smoke-filled nightclub with a lot of fervent-looking people. Oh, and make it Latin,’” Adler said. “It was a piece of cake for me.” What emerged was a frothy Latin tango with the lyrics: “I know a dark secluded place/A place where no one knows your face/A glass of wine a fast embrace/It’s called Hernando’s Hideaway… Ole!” The song went on to have a successful life outside the theater, hitting the top of the pop charts and later being recorded by Archie Blyer, band leader Billy May and even Ella Fitzgerald. Did Adler think it would be a hit? “No. I had no idea,” he said. Adler teamed up with Ross again for “Damn Yankees,” in which a rabid baseball fan sells his soul to the devil in exchange for a chance to lead his favorite team to American League pennant glory. It won the best musical Tony crown the next year. The fruitful Ross-Adler union ended when Ross died of a lung ailment in 1955 at age 29. Adler went on to earn a Tony nomination for writing the lyrics and music for 1961′s “Kwamina.” Adler was born in New York City in 1921 and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1943.

He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve during World War II. He composed several symphonic works, including “Wilderness Suite,” which was commissioned by the U.S. Department of the Interior, and “The Lady Remembers,” to celebrate the Statue of Liberty’s centennial. “He didn’t look ill. He looked great. He was swearing a lot, like that would get rid of the illness, and we just laughed,” she said.

Actor and director Kenneth Branagh was made a knight and will be known as Sir Kenneth. A respected Shakespearean actor whose films as a director range from “Henry V” and “Hamlet” to the comic-book fantasy “Thor,” Branagh said he felt “humble, elated, and incredibly lucky” to get the honor. It puts him in a pantheon of theatrical knights alongside the late Sir Laurence Olivier, whom Branagh played in “My Life With Marilyn.” “When I was a kid, I dreamed of pulling on a shirt for the Northern Ireland football team,” said the Belfast-born, 51-year-old actor. “I could only imagine how proud you might feel. A representative for Drake said the star was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. “He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property,” according to the statement. Witnesses told police that two men approached Brown’s table and asked him whether he had a problem with Drake, and he replied he did not. Later, as Brown was leaving the club, five men met blocked his way on the dance floor and started taking off their shirts and yelling, police said. At some point during the face-off, bottles started flying. Chief New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne said it’s not clear whether the bottles were tossed by members of either entourage, or if bar patrons eager to egg on a dispute started throwing them. Five bystanders, four women and a man, also suffered cuts during the fight at the club W.i.P. in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, police said.

Brown’s bodyguard suffered a more serious cut to the head, but all the victims were released from the hospital later Thursday. Police were looking for surveillance footage and talking to patrons who witnessed the melee. Rutherford first appeared in the second film of the series, “You’re Only Young Once,” and went on for 11 more. She played Polly Benedict, the ever-faithful girlfriend Andy always returned to after a more glamorous girl caught his eye. (Among the other girls: Judy Garland and Lana Turner.) It was said Rutherford won the part of Carreen, the youngest of the three O’Hara sisters in “Gone With the Wind,” because Judy Garland was filming “The Wizard of Oz.” Rutherford told the Times in 2010 that MGM head Louis B. Mayer was going to refuse her the role, calling it “a nothing part.” But Rutherford, who was a fan of the novel, burst into tears and he relented. She’s the sister who, early in the film, begs to be allowed to go to the ball at Ashley Wilkes’ plantation. “Oh, Mother, can’t I stay up for the ball tomorrow? … I’m 13 now,” she says in a sweet voice. In 1989, she was one of 10 surviving “Gone With the Wind” cast members who gathered in Atlanta for the film’s 50th anniversary. “Anyone who had read the book sensed they were into something that would belong to the ages, and everyone was in a frenzy to read the book,” she said. Rutherford concurred with other cast members that no matter what else they had done, “Our obituary will say we were in ‘Gone With the Wind’ and we’ll be proud of it.”

The daughter of an opera tenor and an actress, she began performing on stage as a child. She largely retired from the screen in 1950. Rutherford recalled that the night of the “Gone With the Wind” premiere in Atlanta, author Margaret Mitchell invited the cast, including Leigh and co-star Clark Gable, to her home for scrambled eggs.

Gable and Mitchell disappeared. “Clark Gable and Margaret were hiding in the bathroom, Clark on the edge of the tub and Margaret you know where, just talking,” she chuckled. “They had to get away from the photographers.”

According to the lawsuit, Travolta “climbed onto the already setup” table on the day of the massage and had a Glutes work, “a massage on his buttocks”, done to him. During the massage, claims in the lawsuit, Travolta “would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus.”

Travolta then allegedly turned on his stomach “had a full erection” he refused to cover up and started “masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session,” the lawsuit states. John Travolta has strongly denied the accusations, writes Gawker, and released a statement in which the claims are dubbed as “complete fiction and fabrication.”

Jessica Simpson pregnant

NEW YORK – Jessica Simpson is mum. She has a baby girl with her boyfriend, the singer Eric Johnson.

The baby’s name is Maxwell Drew Johnson and she is born on May 1, Us Weekly says.

“We are so grateful for all the love, support and prayers we have received. This is been the greatest experience of our lives,” the singer posted on her website Tuesday, announcing the birth of baby Maxwell.

Recently even celebrities like Katy Perry and Chelsea Handler posted tweets asking if the singer and fashion designer had given birth yet. “I’m getting frightened,” Handler said. Simpson addressed the rumor mill herself in April, tweeting: “To everyone who keeps congratulating me on the birth of my baby girl … I’m still pregnant!”
