Other celebrities who are taking action against NOTW are singer James Blunt, 37, and footballer Kieron Dyer, 33, reports The Daily Star.
Among the claimants who settled their cases yesterday is football legend Paul Gascoigne, 44. The court ruling highlighted the “years of torment” Gazza had to endure when the News Of The World journalists were hacking him. England’s former football star was handed £68,000 in yesterday’s hearing after he told media reporters how paranoid he was thinking that his family was selling stories about his drug addicition.
