LOS ANGELES – Last weekend Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19-year old’s boyfriend birthday by licking a dong-shaped birthday cake. Tmz reports that the ‘phallic confection’ was on display at Club Icon in Downtown L.A. Miley Cirus was committed to blowing and licking from the start.
