LONDON – A 22 year-old student, Ilary, has been complaining with the university doctor about her daily headache. The doctor asked her if she wanted a solution to her problem, saying the solution was very easy she just had to have sex.
The student said she did not have a boyfriend, and the doctor replied she did not need one, she just needed an affair or one night stands.
The doctor might seem a bit out of order, but he is right, a research led by the University of Connecticut about headache analised a group of young women affected by daily headache and divided them into two other groups: those who took meds and the others who did not.
The result is that those women who did not take meds, but had a regular sex life managed to get rid of headache.
